Upgrading privledges

I uploaded the upgrade and have a problem. When it comes to the upgrade screen it asks for admin email and password. I am 99% possitive I know what it is but it won't accept it...or any other possiblity that it could normally be. I don't get an error, it simply submits and I get a new blank screen to try again.

If I get in the database can I see what the admin email and pw is? What other options to I have.

You should use login credentials of one of the administrators that you have created in that setup. Are you using these credentials? If yes, and you are still experiencing problems, please send an email to support@a51dev.com and we'll check out your setup.

I think we are using these credentials. Can I just stop and buy the install/upgrade credit to get this fixed?
