What is the response time for support here?

Our aC install just suddenly stopped working overnight. I go to the url & just get an AC Logo & an error. I checked the source code, and there is an error div, but that is empty. The title bar says "error" No other clues as to what is happening.

I have posted a support ticket, but this site is critical to our production. Just wondering, what is the usual response time to a support ticket that you guys have seen?

Response time from our support is up to one business day, but in most cases you'll get an email much sooner (a couple of hours at most). We are in Europe (GMT+1 time zone), so tickets submitted during the night we resolve in the morning.
