Just quick question. Is it possible to add/change tickets status by creating new module or one way is just change internal code?
For example, developer can only confirm that ticket is done, then manager/tester can close this ticket.
So, we need to check if user have ability to close or confirm the ticket, show this check box under comment form and button on the right.
In tickets list highlight tickets with confirmed status and display all of them after active tickets
