Getting an error email when the backup runs:

Any ideas on where to look next?

Hi can you please contact us at support@a51dev.com with ftp parameters so we can check out what's wrong. Unfortunately, there is bug in backup module which is causing error messages not to be displayed properly so we cannot help you without 'going in' and checking the problem on the spot.
