Hello,

Notification that new ticket has been created is not handled by incoming mail module, but by activeCollab itself. If new object is created (ticket, discussion, file etc), but it does not have subscribers except author, project leader will be notified about this so he can take further actions (assign people, subscribe someone who should handle particular issue etc). This has been added so things clients submit don't fall through cracks - you know that somebody will always be notified.

Sending notification to everyone in the project is not possible and we do not have plans to introduce it. If everyone wants to be notified about everything, please recommend them RSS for that particular project.

It seems that when using Incoming Mail or Public Submit into a "Helpdesk" project, only the user who is marked as project lead gets an email. We'd like for that project to have everyone in the primary/parent company to get emailed.

I've poked around in permissions in the project, in the Admin->Incoming Mail, etc.. but can't seem to find this. Any way for this to work?
