We just released first version of activeCollab Timer. It's still alpha, but it's pretty stable (we didn't want to rush it and release a half baked product) so you can give it a try and tell us what you think.

I'll follow up with the developer but as it is right now it can read everything just fine from AC like tickets tasks and Projects - But I can't post back the time! Also timer is glitchy - If you add time to a timer when it's paused it it "forgets" your extra time and start counting from what originally entered.
