1. @mitja - our system does it that a sender becomes part of subscriber<br />
2. @karl.lettenstrom - in our approach, project leader becomes the default responsible person for the ticket and rest of the project members are also assigned as a default system developed by us<br />
3. We have an e-mail template system for it so you can always change the text as you want from admin panel and available variables can be used in the template :)<br />
<br />
We have developed good options but we will be doing the first release with limited options and then gradually we will adding more points in upcoming releases.<br />

Any updates on this suggestion? I think it's a great suggestion and have appreciated this feature when working with other project management systems. I've searched the forum quite a bit and do not see anything else pertaining to his particular issue. <br />
<br />
At first I thought I could work around not having this feature by creating an auto-reply message for the incoming email addressed assigned to activeCollab but then I realized that this would be counterproductive since I need my clients to be able to receive a confirmation email and be able to reply to that email so that their replies are associated with the initial ticket. <br />
<br />
Any updates would be very helpful. Thanks!<br />
