The Tickets module is great. But I can't find a way to set how events in a ticket are displayed. It is VERY annoying that tickets cannot be displayed inversely from newest to oldest. When you are dealing with large tickets (100 plus pages) and just need to add a comment it doesn't make sense to have to scroll to the end every single time.
