    <description><![CDATA[<p>It would great if it was possible to be able to do the following:<br />
<br />
1. Assign a subscriber to a ticket outside of the existing user list by specifying their email address. Then when a ticket is closed the user will get an email notification.<br />
<br />
2. Have the user be able to view the ticket without a login required. And perhaps be able to comment on the ticket (perhaps they need to just supply their email address to be able to comment and check to see if they are subscribed that way?)<br />
