I'm not a php guy, and don't know what I need to do to get my environment setup and get aC installed and functional on my Rackspace Windows 2003 server (IIS currently functional, no php / MySql installed). Hoping someone that has done it a bunch can get me going without too much hassle and get me on the platform that best support aC.

Hoping to get it taken care of this weekend.

Obviously I'm happy to pay for your help with this.
