Thanks, we are starting to see it more as a true documentation tool, so that is where this feedback is focussed on.

On the other hand are finding it hard to find a place to post our UI designs, because there are so many small changes. We just started on using pages to do this to keep the clutter to a minimum.

The only thing missing in that case is some simple annotation tools like a reference number a user could drop on top of an image and leave a comment in connection to....

Hello Willem,

Thank you for the suggestions, we'll touch on pages for activeCollab 3 a bit so we'll definitely see what we can do to make them more intuitive and friendlier.

Another amazingly helpful feature would be to "number" the pages... I know we are now probably asking for too much, but hey, I'll throw it in for good fun.

All users so far have had trouble with understanding the relationships between pages, especially because the dashboard shows active items without ANY context.

If a user makes the mistake of selecting a recent item they often will be even more lost, because if its a lower level page the context is nearly impossible to determine other then trying to somehow traverse through the breadcrumb.

My suggestion would be:
1. Have the complete organizational tree exposed on the Pages dashboard

2. Move the "recent edits" to a secondary tab (although that would be inconsistent from the other sections with recent activities, so you may disagree)

3. Lastly, allow for drag and drop in the master tree (and either eliminate the section tree management or leave it)
