Currently there is only one Public Submit form. I would like to see the multiple Public Submit form and set up so that:
1) we can set up multiple projects, and one for each customer
2) allow different customers to use different Public Submit forms
3) so a particular support ticket submitted by one customer ends up in a particular Project
Thank you for the feedback, we'll see what we can do about this in the future.
PS: Public submit does not require login (that's the whole point behind this module), so its use can't be limited to members of a specific company. activeCollab simply can't know whether a person who uses the form is a member of any existing company.
No, but you could create a different URL for each different customer to access the public submit. I'm looking for a solution to this as well. Right now just going through the code to see what I might be able to change to create multiple instances. Only prob is some default settings (such as default project) seem to be in the database and I don't have the experience to edit that.
