Use case: our after hours support voicemail sends a mp3 file to the email inbox that gets pulled into a project as a ticket. It'd be nice to have the mp3 file playable on the page so the tech can transcribe it into the ticket.

I'm willing to pay for this hack.

We post a variety of different files for our customers (images, video, flash, html, etc) and rather than download them we would like our customer to view them inline in the browser.

The one tricky part is we do elearning courses which can be a director of files that are all linked together so we would like to be able to have this work within the browser as well.
