This text doesn't seem to be necessary. If there are attachments, they should be linked, however is there isn't any, only Attach Files link seems efficient. <br />
<br />
Since most of the comments in my case are very short, seeing that sentence is kind of annoying. <br />
<br />
I know I can hack the code, but I'm wondering if I'm the only one bothered by this.</p>]]></description>
