When you add user he is not automatically added to any of projects. Go to People tab (in project) and then to Permissions page. Give access permissions to that member. After that you will be able to assign task to him (or her).<br />

Every operation on objects (tasks, milestones, messages, comments) is logged. Even if it is used now for pretty simple thing (generating activity log) it can be use to reconstruct how specific object got to current state, you can use activity log to query whatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s new since your last visit etc.<br />

Because of that every action will be logged but in time we will most probably change how activity log looks like and make it more &quot;human friendly&quot;.</p>]]></description>
