Thank you!
Thank you!
Few hours after activeCollab 1.0.2 has been released, we spotted a problem with time tracking - it was too restrictive about who can and who cannot add the records. We acted quickly and fixed the issue so activeCollab 1.0.3 is already available for download at the Licenses section in your profile.
If you have already upgraded to 1.0.2, then you will need to upload only two files to get activeCollab to 1.0.3. Please check Upgrading 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 section of Upgrade page for more details.
If you are still using 1.0, upgrade to 1.0.3 is the same as for 1.0.2. Detailed instructions are available, but, of course, we will jump in to help you if you stumble upon any problem. Just send us an email.
Thank you!
Since activeCollab 1.0 was launched 10 days ago, we have been working very hard to support and improve this website, as well as activeCollab. It's been a very busy period for us and we decided to announce several things today.
First, activeCollab 1.0.2 is available for download. This is a bug-fix release with some minor improvements and several features added (release notes are available here). If you are upgrading, then you can download this fresh new version from your profile page (just use Download link used to download activeCollab before) and check Upgrade Instructions. If you experience any problems with the upgrade, please contact our tech support and someone will assist you as soon as possible.

We are very proud of activeCollab and think that it is a great tool, which most teams are going to find quite useful. In addition, we would like to give you the chance to try it out in real, production environment so you can make your own mind, instead of forcing you to trust us that activeCollab is good. Here is the proposition: buy activeCollab and use it, but if you don't like it, then just send us an email within first 30 days and we will give you your money back. No questions asked.
If you are not ready to buy activeCollab, but you really want to test all of its features, check out our brand new proposal: a fully functional hosted demo. For just $10, you can get your own activeCollab setup at our server for 30 days, and we will help you to move your data when trial period expires if you decide to purchase activeCollab later. More details are available on Try page.
Are you wondering about migrating from activeCollab 0.7.1? We are still working on it, but migration instructions and release candidate of the importer tool are available. If you can't wait or just want to help by testing it, you can find more information here.
Thank you!
