activeCollab definitely allowed us to introduce true collaboration to our workflow. It enables everyone to be on top of everything, but also lets them _choose_ what they want to be involved in via subscriptions. We use ticketing the most obviously and tickets with tasks are definitely a killer feature for us. Time tracking is also a close second, since we do a lot of hourly work.
