I decided to make the modification myself.

really easy to do if you use a file comparison tool.

if anyone is interested ill upload my version here.

I didn't test it much at this time though

OK guys I took the chance and updated mine 1.1.5 version with all the provided files.
All looks ok and seems to be working fine except - View ticket full details from the tickets page (javascript show/hide)
Nothing is happening when you click on drop button.

Rest all is cool, I like it :)

I replaced the necessary files from the 1.1.5 version and nothing has changed from the stock version. Am I missing something?

If you changed templates, and system is still using old ones, it is possible that Smarty can't re-compile them and save new versions in /compile folder. Some servers are configured so PHP can create files, but can't update them later on.

To force refresh templates, open /compile folder and delete files that are already in there. Than refresh the page and let Smarty re-compile them.

first of all: thanx to the developers for sharing this code.

as i'm new to ac and it's architecture i wasn't able to get the comments also displayed beneath the body. [i'm talking about the show(hide section in the tickets-overview]

any suggestions what i've got to do to solve this?

Very nice. Easy to install, appears to be stable, making our workflow easier. :)

Thank you!
